I had a nice enough weekend overall, but the WiFi in my room was a bit of a letdown. It was tough to connect most of the time, which made it hard to get online when I needed to

I only stayed one night, and at first the room seemed totally fine, so I thought everything was okay. But then I noticed some hair and dust around the bathroom, which made me feel a little unlucky with the room I got. It wasn’t horrible or anything, but I guess I just expected it to be cleaner, especially when you’re paying to stay somewhere and hoping not to have to worry about that stuff.

I left kind of confused, like why does it have to be so complicated to get decent food and drinks for the price? The food was bland, the drinks tasted watered down, and everything felt way too expensive for what we actually got.

I wish I had picked a different hotel. The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on bricks, and I woke up sore and annoyed. Definitely had buyer’s remorse after that night.

The valet was quick and made things simple, which I appreciated. The parking fee felt a little high to me, though I guess depending on the area and how busy it is, it might be standard.

Stayed here with my wife and our two kids, and I guess I had assumed it would be a bit more family-friendly based on the price and the way it looked online. The hotel itself has a cool vibe, but the music was loud in a lot of areas, and there really wasn’t much for the kids to do other than the pool. The staff were okay, but when we asked about quieter spots or anything kid-friendly, they didn’t seem to have many suggestions. I’m sure this place works better if you’re there as a couple or with friends, but for us as a family, it felt more stressful than relaxing. Expected a little more overall.

I booked this place thinking it would be convenient for getting around, but the location was such a headache. There wasn’t much nearby besides traffic, busy roads, and noise, and every time we tried to walk somewhere it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been.

We ended up spending way more on taxis than we planned, which got old really fast. I guess it’s fine if you’re just staying inside the hotel the whole time, but if you actually want to explore, this spot makes everything annoying. It put a damper on the whole trip

The check-in took way longer than I expected and I figured maybe checkout would be smoother, but somehow that was even worse, so the whole experience just felt frustrating from start to finish.

The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The drinks took a bit longer than expected though, like, hello, did they go on a little vacation back there? Overall it was still a decent experience.

My snap judgment: the drinks were actually good, but the nightlife felt way too crowded and expensive for what it was. Fun enough for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t rush back.

Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for a quick trip, the staff were what stood out the most. Everyone we dealt with was friendly in a really natural way, not over the top or fake. Check-in was simple, and the person at the front desk actually took the time to answer all my random questions without making me feel rushed. Housekeeping was great too, always smiling and saying hi in the hallway. I know it’s just one stay, but when the staff are that consistently pleasant, it makes me feel like the place is probably run well overall. It wasn’t perfect in every tiny detail, but the people there made it feel relaxed, welcoming, and easy to enjoy

The massage itself was actually nice, and I left feeling relaxed. But the steam room was way more crowded than I expected. They made it sound like it would be a calm, spa-like experience, and in reality it felt packed and not very relaxing. It wasn’t terrible, just didn’t really match what was promised...

Support did reply quickly, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear, so I still had to go back and forth to understand what they actually meant.

The bed was so comfy I slept way better than expected. Almost too well, if you ask me… like they’ve secretly figured out the perfect mattress formula and aren’t telling anyone. Woke up feeling great though, so I’m not complaining.

We were really looking forward to a fun night out, but the music ruined the whole experience. It was way too loud and just didn’t fit the vibe at all, so we could barely talk or enjoy ourselves. I tried reaching out to support afterward, but that turned into its own headache, they kept passing me around and asking the same questions without actually helping. Super frustrating overall.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean enough, so no major complaints there. But you could definitely tell some parts of the place need a little attention. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly, the hallway carpet looked worn out, and there were a few broken chairs by the pool. It wasn’t a terrible stay or anything... I just expected it to feel a bit more well kept for what we paid

Booking seemed easy at first, but then my reservation, it took forever to confirm. Support kept sending me basically the same reply, which was not very helpful. I ended up calling twice just to be sure it was actually there.

I stay there often, and the points was actually helpful when I wanted to upgrade my room. It made the stay feel a little more worth it.

The whole place just felt really loud and kind of forced, if that makes sense. It seemed like everything was trying a little too hard to be cool, and the music theme everywhere got old quickly. I was hoping for a more relaxed vibe, but it just wasn’t for me.

This casino was a huge letdown. The way they word everything makes it sound like you’ve got a decent shot at winning, but once I actually played, the slots felt completely cold all night. Payouts were terrible, and it didn’t feel anything like what they were advertising. I left feeling like the whole experience was way more hype than reality...
